Crux Performance LLC was founded from a passion for helping athletes train smarter, perform better, and stay healthy for the long run. Through learning in the college classroom, advice from my college coaches, and talking with various division I and pro athletes, the method was created. It emphasizes how to grow muscle, gain speed, and stay healthy during season and out of season. We provide workouts for athletes in any sport and will help improve their athletic abilities. We also specialize in baseball pitching performance that ensures proper arm care through our designed recovery routines, a daily plan for throwing, and education on how to become a better pitcher.

Each program is strategically scheduled to push athletes to their limits while implementing recovery days and mobility plans to keep the body in an optimal position. This balance keeps athletes healthy, reduces fatigue, and maximizes progress where it matters most — on the field.
This system was built from my background as a college baseball player and an Exercise and Sports Science graduate, combined with insights from division I athletes and my college strength coach — who trained under professionals that worked with Giannis Antetokounmpo during his internship in Milwaukee.

The call will begin with a movement assessment to identify an athletes strengths and weaknesses regarding mobility. This is crucial for writing future workouts to unlock optimal movement patters to maximize an athletes on field performance.
Movement Assessment
During the call, the workout blocks and overall process will be explained in detail. The workouts shown will serve as templates, and upon committing to a program, the athlete will receive a personalized plan based on their movement assessment and their athletic goals.
Workouts and Daily Schedule
Any questions about the program or how it will fit within the athlete’s current sports schedule will be addressed at the end of the call.
